100-Year-Old Dancer Says Staying Active Is the Fountain of Youth

It is not every day that you come across someone who is ballroom dancing at the age of 100, let alone someone who began the activity in their eighties! John Grumbine, a 100-year-old dancer, performs just that several times per week. Grumbine began dancing seriously after his wife died, and he has been impressing everyone on the dance floor ever since! This talented dancer even competes.

Grumbine not only dances seven days a week, but he also rides his stationary exercise bike for three kilometers every day.
