Why You Should Always Take Your Jewelry Off Before Going to Bed

Many of us have a specific piece of jewelry that is so precious to us that we never want to remove it. Sometimes we’re simply too tired to take off all of our rings and bracelets before going to bed. Although many of us have fallen asleep with our jewelry on, there are some major consequences to wearing it while sleeping. 1. It will be difficult to take off your ring in the morning. You may have observed that your hands and fingers are slightly larger in the morning. While sleeping with studs can be uncomfortable, wearing huge and heavy earrings to bed can age and lengthen your earlobes. Earlobes lose elasticity over time, and if they don’t get enough rest and air at night, they may droop and sag.
