Can I Borrow Your Breastmilk? Why this Woman Collects Milk From Friends?

Being frugal is not wrong. You actually need to be careful how much you are spending and what you are spending it on. However, there are cases where people go overboard with their desire to save money. These people may be too determined not to spend money, even to their own detriment.

A mother named Apple Melecia appeared on the television show Extreme Cheapskate. Here she revealed that when she stopped producing breast milk for her toddler, she had to collect milk from her friends to feed the child.

Apple announced that it was making its own baby wipes out of paper towels and dish soap (which it wanted to reuse). She also bought her lingerie from thrift stores and asks her stylist to only wear used hair extensions as they would be thrown away anyway.

She even collected breast milk from five friends to feed her son, just to save money on food. Amy from her yoga class, her colleagues Jessica, Brandi, Jennifer, and Megan often contributed their milk. And it turned out that Chloe, Apple’s daughter, Jessica’s milk tasted better.

People had plenty to say about how far Apple was willing to go to save money. Some also pointed out the obvious issue that her daughter, who looked to be about two to three years old, was much too old to be taking breast milk, especially considering how much stress she’s going through to get it.
