The retired PE teacher from Leipzig, Germany is the Guinness Book record holder for the oldest active gymnast in the world. She only began to train at gymnastics in her 50s,

taking part in her first competition at the age of 56. Johanna said, “I hope the record inspires others to realize it’s never too late to try something new.” I’m sure her recent demo did just that!
