A construction site is one of those places where a million things could go wrong and result in a disaster. Fortunately for you and the workers in the picture below, however, only three major errors take place in the picture puzzle below!

Find them and tell the workers about them before their supervisor arrives and fires all of them! After taking just one look at the image, you can see three workers wearing high-vis vests and protective helmets.
