Look at this adorable infant in the photo. Nothing remarkable appears to be going on – a small girl is sitting in her stroller. That’s because this stroller isn’t meant for a child, but rather a medium-sized doll. Abigail, our story’s small protagonist, has a petite stature!

The young lady was born with a very unusual form of dwarfism. A comprehensive diagnosis of it appears to be quite difficult, and in basic terms, the body does not grow at all with such a condition.

Unfortunately, even modern medicine is powerless to save Abigail. At the age of two, the young girl weighs the same as a baby – 4 kg. The older sister, who is only two years Abi’s senior, appears to be a true giantess in comparison to her surroundings.

Miniature furniture, toys, and household objects are particularly ordered for the infant to make her feel at ease. Doctors predict that if the kid grows up, she will not be able to live a full life, but Abi has every opportunity of living a full life.

She will eventually be able to walk, talk, study, and work in a profession that matches her ability. Parents are not giving up hope that medicine may one day find a method to help their small “Thumbelina.”
