There are times in life when it seems impossible to believe. When these occurrences occur, there is only one term to describe them: miracles. When he was just eight years old, J.T. Parker saved his father’s life!

Mason Parker, 17, and his father, Stephen Parker, were working on something in their car in the garage at their Sugar City, Idaho, home. While Stephen continued to work on the car, Mason cut his hand and went inside for first aid.

Stephen jostled the second axle while working, forcing the Toyota Prius to collide with him and trap him beneath the vehicle. Stephen yelled for J.T. to assist him, but he didn’t believe the 8-year-old could pull the car off of him. “Jack it up quick! Jack it up quick!” he cried till he passed out.

J.T. realized his father’s life was in jeopardy, so the 50-pound youngster jumped on the jack handle for 15 minutes as the automobile slowly lifted off of his father. Stephen was flown to the hospital by a medical chopper. Fortunately, the terrible occurrence only resulted in 13 broken ribs.

J.T.’s mother, Jodi Parker agreed that what happened was a miracle. They even had J.T. try to reenact the scene and once again jack up the vehicle, but he wasn’t able to do so anymore.
