Our mind is a true supercomputer. It can, however, play tricks on us at times. Certain details can go unnoticed if we are not paying attention. So, the best thing to do is to keep the brain active and “connected” as much as possible!

There are visual challenges that test our perception and help us practice this skill. We avoid being caught off guard this way, and we are aware of everything that happens around us.
