This heartfelt gift took a decade to complete. @laceco303 shared a TikTok video of a highlight from her wedding day. Her now-husband had spent a lot of time and money preparing to give her the best gift he could ever give her on their wedding day: a 1986 5.0 GTO Mustang convertible.

You might think this bride is a huge Mustang fan, but there’s so much more to this gift than the car itself. It was “one of the only tangible items” her father left her when he died. The issue was that it broke ten years ago and has remained broken ever since.

She’d accepted the fact that she’d never get to drive it again, making her husband’s surprise all the more perfect. She couldn’t stop crying as soon as the gift was revealed.

“Somehow, he fixed it, bringing a piece of my father back on our wedding day,” wrote the bride. “Some gifts are thoughtful, while others are costly. It was both.
