Most people feel that millionaires are vicious people whose lives are motivated by the desire to make more and more money. Fortunately, this is not always the case. Take, for example, Marcus Lemonis, a Lebanese-born American businessman, media personality, and philanthropist. He’s the CEO of many enterprises and the star of The Profit, a CNBC reality program about small company rescue!

The fact is, this guy earned his millions entirely on his own, via hard effort and a keen business acumen. He’s risen to prominence by recognizing and executing the most practical business principles, such as the notion that it is the workers that give a firm spirit and all it need to establish itself as the market leader in a certain industry.

Marcus is well-known for being available to his staff as well as anybody in need. Tami Forbes, a mother of twins aged eight, with a third kid on the way, is one such lady. Tami, the shop manager, was compelled to take a second job as a bartender in order to pay for her children. When Marcus heard this, he realized he had to intervene, so he phoned Tami.

She was unsure about her future since she was afraid she would be fired because she planned to take maternity leave. That, however, was not the case. Instead, Marcus assured her that her job would be ready for her when she returned to the firm. Furthermore, he informed her that she no longer needed to work other jobs since he would be paying her $1,000 each week.
