Gemma and Daniel Langley, both Australians, met the day after they were born in the same hospital. They were childhood friends, but circumstances drove them apart. However, circumstances prevented them from reuniting after five years. Gemma and Daniel’s mothers met in the maternity hospital in April 1989 in Melbourne, Australia; both women were having labor contractions at the same time and were in the same room.
Daniel was born two days after Gemma on April 15. “Our families lived in different suburbs, but my parents stayed in contact with each other until I was 9 or 10 years old,” Gemma explains. Many years later, in 2013, Gemma appeared on the Facebook page of a hair salon owned by Daniel’s sister. Gemma found him through his sister, and the two communicated.
The young lady chose to have her hair colored at the same salon. Daniel rushed over to meet her as she sat in an armchair, and their encounter was extremely pleasant. Then Daniel’s sister volunteered to photograph the group before and after. “We were inseparable from then on!” “We started dating formally in November 2014,” Gemma continues. Daniel proposed to the young lady two years later at one of the family picnics, and she happily accepted!

In April of 2019, the couple married and moved into their own home in picturesque Kallista. They had their first child in March of the following year. It’s difficult to believe that this story of friendship and love has lasted 30 years.
