The woman you’re about to meet has turned into her own fairy godmother, and we’re loving every minute of it. She transformed into a Disney princess by taking the time to complete one of her grandmother’s designs. Julia revealed on TikTok that her Grandma attended fashion school in the 1940s but was unable to complete her studies. All of her designs were scrapped in the process. When Julia came across them, she decided she would make her own gown.

The results are absolutely priceless, and it wasn’t long before the clip went viral. It may have taken 80 years, but Julia is the content creator who was able to realize a portion of Grandma’s vision. Julia considers herself to be very fashionable and considers her grandmother to be her idol. When the pandemic struck, the two remained in constant communication. This is when her grandmother discovered some of her old designs from her fashion school days.

Initially, she simply asked Julia if she wanted to keep the designs so she could keep them safe. Julia eventually decided to do something even cooler with them. “She said, ‘When I die, I’d like it if someone sent these to magazines or displayed them at my funeral so people could know I did this,'” Julia told The New York Post. “When I saw her later that week, and saw how amazing the drawings were, I thought, ‘Why wait until she’s dead?’

“Julia admitted that she “didn’t know much about sending things into magazines,” but luckily, she had a much better idea. “After seeing how happy she was that people were enjoying her drawings, I knew I had to get the wheels in motion to bring them to life,” she told the New York Post. But she’s not just doing it for the likes and shares. Her goal is much bigger than that. It’s priceless to see her grandmother’s reaction to the designs.
