Sean Brosnan, age 39, is one of the prominent actor Pierce Brosnan’s sons. Sean’s existence has been filled with adversity, and for a time, his father was concerned about his behavior. Pierce forbade 18-year-old Sean from socializing with 27-year-old Catalina Guirado, a model and television host who was nine years older than Sean at the time. There were four occupants in the vehicle, and Hall was ultimately incarcerated.During his appearance as a guest on the “Inner Space with Dr. Barbara Van Dahlen” podcast, Sean spoke openly about the difficult time he endured after his mother, Cassandra Harris, passed away tragically.
Harris passed away from ovarian cancer when Sean was only 8 years old. After graduating from the Central School of Speech and Drama, Sean joined the British Shakespeare Company and tried to get sober for the first time at the age of 25. However, his sobriety efforts were thwarted when his sister, Charlotte Brosnan, passed away in 2013 from the same disease that claimed his mother. He revealed: “Before my sister passed away, I had about a year and a half of sobriety. After her passing, I drank on the flight there. The sneaky aspect of [alcoholism] was that I nearly used it as an excuse.”
Sean’s life took a turn for the better in 2014, when he met and fell in love with his wife, actress/producer Sanja Banic.
