Her grandfather’s neighbor was a woman and her parents. When the woman and her sister were younger, their mother would leave them with their grandfather and they would spend the entire day playing. The woman saw her grandfather as her second father and grew up with him present at all of their life’s milestones. They took care of him and made sure he was comfortable as he grew older.

The grandfather had a heart attack one day. The woman, her mother, and her sister stayed at the hospital all night to care for him. Unfortunately, the doctors warned he wouldn’t have much time after three days. The woman’s mother summoned her sister so that she and her family could say their final goodbyes, and they arrived quickly. The woman was aware that her aunt was on welfare. She and her family refused to work, citing their inability on mental illnesses and obesity.

In reality, they were simply lazy. They chose to defraud the government in order to fund their extravagant lifestyle, which included bingeing and excessive video game playing. The aunt and her children never went to see their grandfather when he was still living. It didn’t disturb the woman’s grandfather, who she said was “physically disgusted” with them. When the aunt arrived at the hospital, she inquired as to how much time the grandfather had left.

The woman, her sister, and her mother departed in shock.

“They are no longer related!” “We needed vengeance,” acknowledged the woman. So, whenever they went to see their aunt, they’d take pictures of everything new they’d recently bought. They also photographed their cousin’s criminal operations and their uncle’s connections to stolen goods. They also recorded them gloating about their vacations and refusing to work. When they’d had enough, they anonymously submitted a case report and gave it to detectives to perform their duties.

A month later, the woman realized that her aunt and uncle had had their benefits revoked.
