He even snatched the limelight away from star golfers. The announcer welcomed the young boy to the green and told an uplifting narrative about Jadon’s voice. “I have to tell you, some of the guys who know me a little bit…we work on the TV show, The Voice on NBC, and, that’s how good this little boy is,” the announcer remarked, describing the young man’s abilities. Jadon has come a long way since singing “The Muffin Man” to his family when he was a newborn, polishing his clean, sharp voice.
According to WFLA, a local news station, the continuously musical youngster “got in trouble” in kindergarten for singing. “I was singing in class and then the teacher told me to stop singing and I started humming.” “He’s always singing on his iPad, constantly,” his father, Christian Perez, says. He sings while completing his homework, in the car, and in the pool.”
His father claims that he discovered his son’s talent in 2018.”That tenderness [in his voice], like, woah,” Perez exclaimed. After Perez tweeted the video of him singing, the organizers of the celebrity golf classic called Jadon and asked him to perform. Perez adds with a tear in his eye, “to see him face his fears… was pretty cool,” after confessing that he was scared for Jadon, who had never done a public performance before.
The 10-year-old’s highlight was finally meeting wide receiver Mike Evans, his favorite Tampa Bay Buccaneers star, who happened to be attending the charity event. Furthermore, his music is often shared on social media, which benefits his fans. “I get shivers every time I hear that Jadon!!” writes one user from England. A second commenter says, “This is who my kids will be listening to on the radio while watching the Grammys!” Amazing.”
Another person says, “He’s better than Beiber was at that age.” Many people remember Justin Bieber, then 13, getting his start in 2007 when a former record company executive discovered a YouTube video of him performing.
