I can’t seem to get bored of this recipe, which has been my favorite for weeks now.

A scrumptious Hamburger Mushroom Bake will satisfy your cravings. This simple recipe yields a delightful casserole that combines the richness of cream cheese, the earthiness of mushrooms, and the robust taste of lean ground beef. Follow these simple steps to produce a culinary masterpiece that will leave everyone wanting more.

Instructions: Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C) and greasing a casserole dish to keep the casserole from sticking.
Cook 1 pound lean ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Season the beef with salt and pepper to enhance its flavor. Once browned, set aside.

Prepare the Creamy Mixture: Using a food processor, combine 6 ounces of cream cheese. Blend in 3 eggs one at a time, until a smooth mixture develops. Pour the creamy mixture over the cooked ground beef and stir well to incorporate. Transfer to a casserole dish. Place the ground beef and cream cheese mixture in a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.

Sauté mushrooms: In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Cook 5 cups sliced mushrooms until they soften and turn golden brown. Garnish with garlic, if desired. Season the mushrooms with salt, dried parsley, and black pepper. Top with Mushrooms: Place the sautéed mushrooms on top of the hamburger and cream cheese mixture in the casserole dish.

Optionally, sprinkle grated cheese on top for an extra cheesy touch. Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it is set. Be careful not to overcook; the goal is a golden-brown finish. Serve and enjoy. Remove the Hamburger Mushroom Bake from the oven after it has been perfectly done. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy this delicious dinner with your family and friends!
