Caramel Poke Cake. Guests are sure to be impressed by your masterpiece!

We all know that we love poke cakes around here. Over the years, we’ve made a lot of different kinds, but we forgot to make a classic Caramel Poke Cake! I knew I had to do something about it right away once I realized this. I chose this simple caramel and cream cheese recipe, and I fell in love with it right away. If you like toffee, you’re in for a real treat!

The recipe starts with a box of cake mix, which makes it very easy to follow. For an even better taste, we’ve changed the batter a bit by using milk instead of water. After the cake is baked, you’ll use a fork to make holes in the top. Then, you’ll pour caramel sauce on top, and as it cools, it will seep into the cake. For a beautiful finish, spread a lot of cream cheese filling on top and swirl in the rest of the caramel sauce.

It’s almost too pretty to cut into, but you have to. Put a scoop of vanilla or caramel ice cream on top and eat it! This beautiful but simple cake is great for birthdays, holidays, or any other special event. Your work is sure to amaze your guests!
