Stuart Shippey, an American, made an unexpected marriage proposal to his girlfriend, Marie. Stuart added parts to the probes, and when the “balloons” burst into the air, he used GPS to determine what was attached to them. Stuart decided to make an unorthodox proposal to his girlfriend Marie on August 31, 2019, by sending a weather balloon with a ring into the air.

The weather balloon soared to a height of 27 kilometers, burst, and the ring fell to Earth. According to Stuart, the GPS stopped operating at an altitude of 12 kilometers, thus once the probe exceeded this point, he had no idea the route the probe would go with the ring. Marie picked up the probe’s remains but failed to notice what else was there.
