Little Johnny and his father went fishing one day. After a few hours on the boat, Little Johnny grew intrigued about his surroundings. He questioned his father, “How does this boat float?” The father thought for a bit before replying, “I don’t rightly know, son.” Little Johnny returned to his contemplation and turned back to his father. “How do fish breathe underwater?”Once again, the father responded,

“Don’t rightly know, son.” A bit later, bit Johnny asked: “Why is the sky blue?” Again, the father responded. “Don’t rightly know, son.” Worried he would irritate his father, he says, “Dad, do you mind my asking you all of these questions?” “Certainly not, son. “If you don’t ask questions, you will never learn anything!”
