1. The majority of our lives are spent pursuing wrong aims and worshiping false ideals. The day you discover this is the day you truly begin to live. 2. It’s impossible to please everyone all of the time. Please yourself first and your loved ones second; everyone else is busy pleasing themselves, believe me. 3. Fighting the aging process is like attempting to catch the wind. Go with it and enjoy it. Your body is changing, as it always has.

Don’t waste time attempting to fix that; instead, shift your perspective to recognize the beauty in the new. 4. Nobody is flawless, and no one is completely satisfied with their situation. When that settles in, you’re free of comparison and judgment. It is extremely liberating. 5. No one sees what you do well; everyone notices what you do incorrectly. When you understand this, you will begin to do things for the correct reasons and have a lot more enjoyment.

6. You will regret the years you wasted berating your appearance; the sooner you can make peace with the vessel in which your spirit resides, the better. Your physique is incredible and vital, but it does not define you. 7. Your health is certainly vital, but stress, fear, and worry are far more harmful than any delectable food you might deny yourself. Happiness and peace are the best medications.
