According to Baker, Mariah’s sister spent her final weeks receiving hospice care due to complications with her internal organs.

In his heartfelt tribute, Dave fondly remembered his dear friend Alison as a person who possessed a remarkable blend of intelligence, warmth, and sensitivity. According to him, he had been acquainted with her for nine years, initially as a friend and later as her caregiver during her final months. Dave offered a heartfelt prayer for his friend, wishing for her to discover inner peace and be liberated from the suffering of this world.
