My boyfriend kicked me out on the streets, and I am grateful.

Breakups hurt, yet we can rise from the ashes like a phoenix. One of our readers submitted a story that may serve as an inspiration to others going through similar experiences. It took her pain to understand she deserved a lot better. I lived off of him.We had been dating for two years and recently moved in together in another city. I lived in his apartment, he paid the rent, and I did not have to do anything. I too wanted to work, but he stated there was no need.

I was fine with it because his salary paid all of our expenses, and I was simply enjoying life. I felt grateful that life had provided me with such a man without requiring me to do anything. He kicked me out.His demeanor began to shift. He acted chilly and distant. I discovered he was cheating on me. I raised a scene, so he packed my suitcase and threw it out on the street. He labeled me ungrateful and stated, “You won’t succeed in life; it’s over.” I had nowhere to go, so I entered a café, almost in tears.

A man walked up to me.A man sat at my table and inquired why I was so unhappy. I responded, “I want to be left alone.” He simply looked at me and remarked, “When good things fall apart, better things can come together.” He bought me a milkshake and wished me luck. I was so moved that I went to the restroom and cried for a while until I felt better.I got a job and rented a tiny room. I stopped depending on others and started making my own judgments. I started baking and selling cakes.

Now I’m self-employed, running my own small bakery with a fantastic staff of pros. I may not earn as much as my ex did and cannot afford all of the luxury I once enjoyed, but I am secure in myself and my future. If I had chosen to forgive him and remain in his home, I would never have matured as a person. It’s unfortunate that he was unfaithful to me, but I’m thankful that he kicked me out and forced me to never return.

I’m also still thinking about the man in the café. He was the person who gave me hope and determination to live. I’ve never seen him again, but I’ll never forget what he told me. Some ladies are overjoyed when they find out they are pregnant. However, for others, it is a nightmare. In this post, our reader is concerned about his wife since she denies being pregnant. What’s worse, she refuses to take pregnancy tests.
