I teach two-year-olds and was asking the students what their parents’ names were to see if they remembered. I ask a young youngster, “What’s Mommy’s name?” He says “Mila.” “What’s Daddy’s name?” I inquire.

He appears bewildered, as if he is attempting to find out the answer but failing. So I asked, “What does Mommy call Daddy?” Rather than saying ‘John,’ he looks up at me and says, “Big Papa.” I couldn’t help but laugh.
