1. SELF CONFIDENCE. Women prefer self-confident males. A cautious, uncertain guy may delegate too much decision-making to women, putting them under pressure to make the proper decisions or risk criticism. Nerves can also be contagious in a social context; a confident male might make a woman feel at ease.
2. Empathy. There’s a narrow line between confidence and arrogance. Whether in company or in a personal connection, it is critical not to undermine others in order to elevate yourself. Being harsh and acting superior demonstrates insecurity, not genuine confidence.

3. OPTIMALISM. Optimism is not synonymous with self-confidence. Self-confidence demonstrates a can-do mentality. Optimism is the belief that things outside a man’s control will turn out just fine. Women are natural worriers, thus the capacity to provide reassurance is an appealing attribute.
4. RESPECT. Women get butterflies when a man opens a door for them or pulls out a chair for them, but more importantly, women are drawn to men who value their viewpoint. They are also drawn to males who demonstrate respect for others.

5. A LISTENING EAR. Women desire to express their sentiments. Generally, guys do not. A man who listens to a lady, pays attention, and recalls what she says will attract a woman to him.
