Egg Roll Soup

They’re easy to make at home, which we’ve tried and loved, but sometimes we want all the flavor without the work—we don’t have time to hand roll egg rolls!If so, this egg roll soup is perfect—it’s healthy, tastes like egg rolls, and comes together in under 30 minutes.

Win-win-win. It may seem like a time-consuming method to get restaurant-quality egg roll flavor, but it’s not! You only need 10 ingredients, one of which you may not have. Brown pork, add onion, carrot, garlic, and ginger (ginger adds freshness!).

Then add pure sesame oil, a rare item. It completely changes this recipe into the egg roll filling of your dreams. Let the cabbage and chicken broth simmer, then you’re done.
