To improve breathing and sleep, consider taking a hot shower, using essential oils with eucalyptus, or using sinus-clearing products like Vick’s Vaporub.
Also, treat any sinus infections as soon as they arise. Otherwise, you may experience a variety of difficulties, such as a constantly clogged nose, for example. 2. Change your sleeping position.This may seem apparent, but sleeping on your back allows all of your body’s saliva to remain in your mouth rather than drooling.

If you sleep on your side or belly, the accumulated saliva is likely to drip out of your mouth and onto the pillow.
