According to Steve Harvey, “The God I Serve Didn’t Bring Me This Far To Leave Me.”

The adage goes, “When a door closes, a window opens.” This proverb has undoubtedly been said a million times. However, regardless of who said it originally, one thing is certain: while this is not a Bible scripture, it surely inspires people to believe in faith and hope. While life may be full of sadness and sorrow, it should not cause you to lose faith in God; rather, it should strengthen it. Deeply devout people feel that lost dreams are God’s method of letting you know that bigger things are on the way. All you need now is a little patience and the belief that everything happens for a purpose.

But losing something you’ve grown to love over time is one of the worst imaginable consequences. Steve Harvey, a well-known talk show presenter, went through just that. His daytime chat show “Steve” (previously “Steve Harvey”) ran on NBC for seven seasons/years. Regardless, the network decided to let him go. What transpired made people wonder if the show was simply a victim of the controversy that emerged when Endeavor’s IMG Original Content took over two seasons ago.

Harvey was dissatisfied with the network’s treatment of his show’s replacement with “The Kelly Clarkson Show” during the program’s last season.Despite the tragic news, Steve refused to lose trust in God. He posted a video on Instagram that actually impacted many people. In his video, he says, “They were gone’ close the door on me in 2019.” He then speaks passionately and upliftingly, making us love him even more for who he is, stating, “All of this signals that God has another door for me to open.”

Steve believes that closing a door does not mean the end of the world. “I’ve learned to accept God’s will and realize that everything that happens to me is for my benefit and development,” Steve told me. Because the God I worship did not send me this far just to leave me. In 2012, Steve Harvey launched the lunchtime talk show “The Steve Harvey Show.” It was co-produced by NBCUniversal and Endemol Shine North America and distributed by NBCUniversal Television Domestic Television Distribution.

The show was one of the few new daytime entries to receive good and acceptable ratings. The program’s final season had an average weekly viewership of roughly 1.8 million. Because of this, it rose to fifth place among talk shows, trailing only “Dr. Live with Kelly and Ryan,” Phil, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and Maury. Even though “Steve” is no longer on the air, the well-known chat show presenter continues to appear on television. In addition to presenting “Family Feud,” he has emceed numerous events, including the Miss Universe pageant and Fox’s “New Year’s Eve with Steve Harvey: Live From Times Square.”
