A man has been fishing by an icy lake all day but has not caught anything. He decides to give up and call it a day, but on the way, he observes a young boy fishing just a few feet away. The man realizes the youngster has many buckets full of fish and then watches him reel in another one. “Excuse me,” the man adds, “but I’ve never caught much of anything around here. I have to ask: what is your secret?”

The boy stops for a bit before mumbling, “yer grutto keez ur ems orm”. “I’m sorry, could you say that again?” “Yer grutto keez ur ems orm!” the kid says again, this time a little louder. “I-I still didn’t quite get that, sorry.”

Finally, the child spits something into his hand and yells. “You gotta keep your worms warm!”
