Dates That Quickly Went From Bad to a Total Disaster

On our first date, we went to a fancy restaurant. When we sat down, she grinned at the waiter and inquired, “What’s the most expensive dish on your menu?” My heart fell. I was prepared to pay for supper, but I had not anticipated a meal that would leave me bankrupt.

The waiter froze, looked at me, and said, “I’m sorry, but that’s unavailable tonight.” She looked upset and tried to inquire about another pricey item, but it was again “out of stock.” I left him a very big gratuity.

Here is another story.I went on a first date with a guy who said he was a foodie. He insisted on choosing the restaurant and ordering for both of us, saying, “Trust me, you’re going to love this place.” I was a little skeptical, but I decided to go with it.

When the dinner arrived, I took one bite and noticed my throat tightening. Panicked, I informed him that I was allergic to shellfish. He simply looked at me and replied, “Oh, I didn’t think you were serious about that.” I had to leave right away to receive treatment, and rather than being concerned, he stayed behind to finish his lunch.
