The idea is incredibly simple: the husband strapped a 6 kg kettlebell on his belt to represent Anna’s pregnant belly, and the two of them began a usual exercise. With kettlebells, dumbbells, leaps, squats, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary, but a nice method to demonstrate how difficult it is to maintain fitness deep in the position. A torn belt saved the husband’s life, forcing him to concede that it had been a traumatic experience. After only 5 minutes, I was exhausted and had failed to save the “child.” Men… That’s what had to be proven.

The most difficult challenge is explaining to all of the naysayers that during pregnancy, the female body requires an excess of food, accumulates fat, changes proportions, and appears different than it did six months ago. I’m not fat; I’m a strong, thin, pregnant mother who works out instead of sitting in a fat pile on the chair! Oh, they do not comprehend. We’ll have to pick up dumbbells again.
