Coconut Cream Pie Dip

Coconut might be a divisive flavor, but I truly enjoy it. Coconut’s sweet and nutty flavor enhances practically any food, from sweets to cookies to cakes. One of my all-time favorite coconut sweets is the traditional coconut cream pie. So, when I saw the concept for a Coconut Cream Pie Dip, I knew I had to try it as soon as possible. I went with a quick, no-bake recipe that takes only minutes to prepare and yields seriously silky and tempting results.

Not to mention that it is brimming with coconut flavor! You only need a few simple ingredients, two mixing bowls, and a whisk. First, combine the coconut cream pie pudding mix and two cups of milk. Whisk them together for a few minutes until the mixture thickens (instant pudding for the win!). In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar, beating until smooth.

Then, add the cool whip. Combine the ingredients of the two dishes and fold in the coconut flakes. Simply transfer your dip to your preferred serving dish and garnish with toasted coconut for a final touch.

Nilla wafers are an obvious choice for a dipping vessel, but graham crackers, other cookies, and tropical fruits are also excellent possibilities. To add a distinct twist to your dip, try using other toppings such as chocolate chips, banana slices, or sliced almonds. It’s a surefire hit no matter how you serve it. Make it your next gathering and see for yourself!
