I awoke in the middle of the night to see someone walking on the bed next to my legs. I turned to my wife, but she was sleeping soundly. I tried to ignore it and go back to sleep, but eventually decided to tell my wife about it.

When she heard my remarks, she turned pale as a ghost and abruptly stated that she had experienced the same thing several times but didn’t want to tell me about it because she was afraid I would think she was insane.

We are still unable to explain it. It had not happened in a long time, yet it was an unsettling sensation.
