Pepperoni Pizza Crackers

I want pizza but don’t want to take the time. Allow me to introduce you to these pepperoni pizza crackers. Inspired by Selena Gomez’s favorite late-night snack, this dish mixes buttery crackers, grated mozzarella cheese, and crispy pepperoni to create a delectable and flavorful bite. Make these in less than 10 minutes and please your taste buds with the cheesy saltiness of the crackers.

Simply top each pizza bite with a small amount of store-bought marinara, and BAM! Pizza Crackers! In only minutes, you’ll be prepared to serve during movie nights, game days, and potlucks! So, what are you waiting for? I used to eat cheese and pepperoni like this at every family gathering. My mother began to host, and she usually had a lot of leftover cheese and pepperoni, so I made these small crackers.

It was a bit more of an amateur version, but it was enjoyable. Let’s amp up the old school version. Making these crackers with just pepperoni, cheese, and crackers is a fantastic way to get started, but it could need a bit extra flavor. My primary concern was getting the pepperoni nice and crispy, which does not happen when you microwave it. Turn on the oven, melt the cheese over the crackers, and lay the pepperoni on a separate pan to crisp.

This allows the pepperoni to cook in its own fat and become crisp. If you put the pepperoni on top of the cheese and crackers, it will stay soft and make the crackers extremely greasy. Speaking of oily, let’s get the crackers going immediately. An easy way for seasoning crackers is to simply add more fat, such as butter, and spices. Ranch powder is one of my favorite ingredients, especially when making homemade ranch or spinach dip.

To add more garlic and onion flavor, throw these crackers in ranch dressing. It is so necessary! Assemble the crackers by adding a small teaspoon of room temperature marinara sauce for not only the perfect pizza touch, but also to bind the crispy pepperoni to the cheese cracker. Place these in a residually warm oven until guests arrive and serve! If the cheese seizes, simply reheat it in the oven until it becomes gooey again. It’s really easy!
