William Preston did what any other 13 year old would have not been able to do, he bought his mother, Krystal Pearson, a car. Krystal is a single mother of three children in Fenley, Nevada and due to an “unfortunate situation,” she’s been struggling to make ends meet and did not have any means of transportation.

William was inspired to help his mother out after watching some YouTube videos of people gifting cars to their mothers. He then saw an ad by a lady wanting to sell her 1999 Toyota Metro for a cheap price on Facebook. William contacted the woman and asked if he could trade in his Xbox, along with some cash he had made cleaning houses in the community and doing yard work!

After considerable haggling, the woman agreed to the agreement and drove the car to William’s residence. When William took his mother out to the driveway and told her he had bought her a car, she couldn’t believe it. When she saw the Toyota in her driveway, she couldn’t contain her feelings. “I lost it, I bawled so hard, I was just like, ‘There’s no way,'” she added.

What 13-year-old do you know buys their mom a car? I don’t know any, never heard of any, I can’t even express it, like there are no words that can express my gratitude and how proud I am.”
