Twins are said to have their own language. No one understands this more than a mother of multiples, who watches her children grow together in a way that no other sibling pair can.

Lilah and Stella were caught on tape having the cutest meeting. One of the twins is sitting in the large laundry basket of clothes that her mother has likely just folded!

Her sister approaches her and asks for a pair of socks. The two hold negotiations, and the negotiating soon becomes heated. The other twin reappears in front of the camera to join her sister in the basket.

But she doesn’t come empty-handed. She provides additional socks to please her sister. The two girls sit across from each other in the plastic container, clothed similarly in leopard print onesies.

They hold the most serious-looking meeting about footwear you’ll ever see between two eighteen-month-old babies. This video is just too adorable not to watch.

Even though their twin language is known only to the sisters, you can clearly hear the word socks being said. Their mom must have been so happy to capture this moment on video.
