A girl at Orlando, Florida’s American Disney World amusement park rescued a child who was drowning in the pool. Kaydence Henslee, 13, of Mayhill, New Mexico, was spending her spring break at an amusement park on Saturday, April 3. She was splashing around in the pool when she noticed a young girl lying face down in the water. Hensley became terrified and rushed to help the child. “Her lips were purple when I pulled her out of the water,” the American explained.
A random bystander gave the child artificial respiration. The young lady was taken to the hospital. Her condition did not improve until the evening of the following day. Haven Williams, the three-year-old victim, was identified. “The doctors said she was rescued from the water in time. “If help had arrived sooner, everything could have turned out differently,” Williams’ mother said.
She explained that she moved away from the pool for only a couple of minutes when her daughter got into trouble. After Haven’s rescue, the two families become friends and exchange photos. The girl’s rescue inspired Hensley to take a first aid course. Let’s wish her good luck and thank her for her great deed.
