The unusual material turns into a masterpiece in his hands. This is wonderful

The world always had geniuses in different spheres. And the digital world still has them. However, the hero of our story uses very unusual material while creating works one can hardly believe are possible to be created. For his unusual work, the sculptor from Romania, Darius Hula, uses iron wire.

With the help of this uncomplicated material, the artist creates his masterpieces. Darius is a master of metal, he creates incredible portraits of outstanding personalities of the past: writers, philosophers, artists, etc. In his works, he perfectly manages to combine elements of both classical and modern art.

The sculptor’s works are based on classical drawing principles. When creating his next masterpiece, the master employs wire of varying thicknesses to mimic pencil strokes. The sculptor uses thick wire to create rough and clear contours and thin wire for shading.

Darius’ three-dimensional works are more like unfinished sketches, allowing the viewer to “think out” the sculpture independently. The sculptor has virtually no limitations when working with such a unique and unusual material. After all, the wire can be bent and manipulated in a variety of ways. From which the master can bring his fantasy to life in whatever way he sees fit.
