A 14-year-old girl who went missing after leaving her high school’s football game has been discovered. Chloe Campbell, 14, was attending a football game in Boulder, Colorado, on September 30 before disappearing without a trace and failing to appear at her house. When the youngster was last spotted in public, she seemed to be inebriated and in the company of two “sketchy older males,” according to witnesses.
Following her abduction, Chloe’s father, David Campbell, stepped out and pledged to keep looking for his daughter, speculating that she had been stolen by predators. The father reportedly revealed that his daughter has been suffering since the outbreak, and he chastised local authorities for apparently hesitating more than a week before appealing to the public for information on what he considered to be kidnapping…
It wasn’t until Monday, according to Chloe’s parents, that the police decided to “take this issue seriously.” “I am not a specialist in trafficking, but I do know that traffickers’ strategies are to prey on young girls who are at high risk, and Chloe has been battling since the epidemic, and she has numerous risk characteristics that these sorts of predators prey on,” Mr. Campbell said.
“I’m speaking to you right now – whomever you are who is preventing Chloe from returning home: know that we are searching for you, that we will find you, and that we will never stop until Chloe is home safe.” Ten days after her abduction, the youngster was purportedly discovered at a residence in Thornton, around 25 miles from where she was last seen. While the police have not released any further information, they have established that the youngster did not seem to be injured or detained against her will.
“At this moment, we have no belief that she was detained against her will,” they stated, adding it’s unknown who the 14-year-old has been living with for the previous 10 days.
