Vina Lustado’s small house is a work of art in efficiency and design, and it’s hard to imagine it’s just 140 square feet. Vina considered every element of the home’s design, from the direction it faces to allow for passive heating and cooling to the materials used to prevent decay.

There is a complete kitchen, living spaces, and even a guest bedroom on the inside! She even fit in some luxuries like a propane gas fireplace and a skylight loft. She lives in a really wonderful place! She purposefully created the little house to offer herself more time and flexibility in her life while being grounded and having a place to call home.
