Cheerleader Who Lost Both Her Legs In A Car Crash Receives Heartwarming Support From Family And Friends

Accidents can happen to anyone, and it is critical to maintain a clear mind in emergency situations.Sarah Frei, a 17-year-old cheerleader, was involved in an unfortunate accident following a fun day with her friends.She and her friends went to Bear Lake one day, and they were on their way back when things began to go wrong.A drunk driver hit the vehicle Sarah and her friends were in, and Sarah took the brunt of the damage among her friends.

Sarah had internal bleeding, a damaged aorta, spinal fractures, and other fractures on her face and limbs when help arrived.Sarah was paralyzed from the waist down and had no blood flow in her legs, so doctors decided to amputate both of her legs above the knee.The adolescent spent two months in the hospital recovering. During that time, she relearned how to do simple tasks, albeit without her two legs.

She was eventually able to return home, and to her surprise, a welcome home parade organized by her family and friends awaited her.Although she won’t be able to do certain things without her legs, she was able to join her fellow cheerleaders on the field during the season’s final football game.
