Fox’s life took a tragic turn when he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1991, just a few years after his marriage. “It was scary,” Fox said in 2015 on The Late Show With David Letterman. “I was 29 at the time, and it was the last thing I expected to hear.” I believed I’d damaged my shoulder executing some stunt since my pinkie twitched. ‘You have Parkinson’s disease,’ the doctor remarked.
‘The good news is that you still have ten years of labor ahead of you,’ he remarked.Fox says his wife’s unwavering love and support helped him get through the most difficult portions of dealing with his sickness.”We didn’t know what to expect,” Fox said in an interview with Today. “One of the things I’ll always remember Tracy for is that she didn’t blink at that moment.”
