Creamy BLT Dip

The BLT sandwich is an all-time favorite. What’s not to enjoy about a juicy tomato slice, crisp lettuce, and salty bacon? This classic flavor combination doesn’t get enough attention in my opinion, so when I saw the notion for a BLT Dip, I was convinced! Choose your favorite dipping vessel and dive into this delicious masterpiece. It will be love at first bite!

This dip’s base is made of cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning! It’s plenty tangy and has just the appropriate amount of herb-y ranch taste to set the dish up for success. Spread the cream mixture into a serving dish and top with shredded romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and (of course!) crumbled bacon. You should cook the bacon ahead of time to give it time to cool completely. Sprinkle the “BLT” over the creamy mixture, followed by some sliced green onions, and your dip is ready to serve!

There is no incorrect moment to serve this dip: as an afternoon snack, a gameday appetizer, a dish for a backyard BBQ- the possibilities are unlimited. If you’re feeling especially healthy, serve it with crackers, bread, pita, or even vegetables. We won’t judge you if you eat it by the spoonful!
