Preheat the oven to 350oF. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan lightly with nonstick spray or butter. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar using an electric mixer. One at a time beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.

In a separate dish, whisk together the baking soda, flour, and salt. Once incorporated, gradually mix the dry and wet components together. Stir everything together until it’s entirely mixed. Before pouring the mixture into your prepared baking dish, gently stir in the cranberries.

It’s time to bake! Place the loaf in the oven and bake for 60-70 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center to see whether it’s done. If it comes out clean, take it out of the oven. Remember to leave it to cook for about 15 minutes before serving.
