Pasta recipes are some of our favorites since they are so adaptable and delicious, but we don’t love the calories that come with them (…and neither does our body, unfortunately). Fortunately, there is a delicious alternative to our beloved “noodles” that we can eat as much of as we want without feeling guilty about – spaghetti squash!

That’s correct, this delectable gourd roasts in the oven (all you need is olive oil, salt, and pepper) before shredding into pasta-like strands that are wonderfully covered in sauce. If you’ve never prepared spaghetti squash before, now is the moment.
