Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts. What’s not to love about such a decadent and decadent dessert? It looks fantastic on its own but can be dressed up in a variety of ways. I’m starving now! Turtle cheesecake, caramel cheesecake, strawberry cheesecake, key lime cheesecake… The one disadvantage of this delectable dessert is the amount of labor required to make it.

The recipe itself isn’t horrible, but you have to use a springform pan and bake it in a water bath before turning off the oven and leaving the door open for an hour or so. After that, the cheesecake must be chilled in the refrigerator for a few hours. Needless to say, it’s a time-consuming task. All of that effort is eliminated with these blueberry cheesecake rolls! You can make them in 10 minutes, bake them for another 10 minutes, and have a great dessert in under 30 minutes. That sounds like a win-win situation to me!

The best part is that only 5 ingredients are required. Nothing unusual here, no special baking equipment is required, just a few basic ingredients and a sheet pan. Let’s go over the simple procedure so you can get started baking! These blueberry cheesecake rolls include only 5 ingredients, as the name says. Cream cheese, vanilla essence, powdered sugar, crescent roll dough from the refrigerator, and, of course, blueberries. In terms of steps, this dish is about as simple as it gets!

In a mixing dish, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Then, roll the dough out and cut it into triangles, with the broader end facing you. Before rolling it up and spreading it on the pan, spread the cream cheese on top and top with a few blueberries! There will be no need to wait after baking these cheesecake rolls for 10-13 minutes. It’s a good thing, too, because they’re addictive. Don’t pretend we didn’t warn you!
