Unfortunately, Tim Shea, a 70-year-old inhabitant of the United States, was left homeless despite his elderly age. His fate was not that fortunate, but suddenly everything changed. Tim purchased his first home in Texas during the summer of 2020.

Housing is very comfy and compact, which is understandable given the current cost of production technology. However, inside there is a bathroom, a kitchen, and a bedroom. The house was built by a startup company that intends to implement such building regularly.

Tim acknowledges that he now trusts people more and is prepared to appreciate the creators of his home for the rest of his life.
