Whether you like his appearance or not, Elvis Presley, the rock and roll superstar, is widely regarded as one of the greatest artists of all time. Few people will dispute this claim. Despite his untimely death, the King left the world with a lot of charm on stage. Although there are numerous videos from Elvis’ heyday, I feel viewers would benefit from one in particular. To be honest, this tape of Elvis’ final concert gives me goosebumps.
Of course, physically, he is a totally different man than he was before, but the concert is its little piece of history. Considering its content, this clip is rather unknown. Elvis is performing one of his all-time favorite songs, which is incredibly special to many of his fans. He sings with such passion that some say his previous performance was among his best!

Elvis Presley was a natural entertainer right up to his death. He was well-known for giving his audiences whatever they wanted, and he bestowed a lot of enchantment on us during his life. Don’t let the fact that he doesn’t appear exactly like he did in this video detract from his performance. His voice is pertinent! Some argue that it is one of the icon’s best performances to date.
Though I’m not sure I agree with that approach, I can certainly understand their point of view. Elvis performs “Unchained Melody” in front of a crowd in Rapid City, South Dakota. I felt shivers throughout my body when I first saw it! Elvis unfortunately died six weeks after this recording. Even though he was only 42 years old, his legacy and music will be remembered forever.
