Southern Pimento Cheese

Making Southern Pimento Cheese would be a good thing to do if you have one more minute today. That’s because it’s a creamy, cheesy, and slightly hot mix that can be used as either a dip or a spread. It can be used in a lot of different ways, but anything this tasty is likely to be useful because you’ll want to put it on everything.
