As he records from his car, he notices a youngster holding a sign reading “Toys for Sale for Mom’s Christmas Present.” The child stated that he was selling the toys he no longer needed so that he could buy his mother “Christmas presents.” Everyone will feel good about the justification he gave. He mentioned how his mother “does a lot for” him, working all weekend to bring him a fantastic Christmas present.
So he wanted to repay the favor.Despite Tricks’ claim that it was “freezing cold” outside, the child stated, “I wanted to do it because she’s the best.” Tricks was inspired by the boy’s efforts and decided to help him with his good cause. He asked how much each toy cost. The boy’s prices of as little as £10 ($12.10) for toys in excellent condition demonstrated his naivety. Tricks became more impressed as the conversation progressed.
In the spirit of Christmas, he stated, “I want to buy all of these toys from you.” The youngster initially refused because he was too grateful for the favor, but Tricks persuaded him to agree by expressing how affected he was by the boy’s heart. Tricks then asked the child how much all of the gifts would cost. The youngster elected to pay £50 ($60) for all of the toys, which was an extremely modest price considering how well they were kept.
Tricks stepped in again and offered to pay £120 ($121) for all of the toys. Aside from that, he included an additional £100 ($121) as a Christmas gift for the boy. Prepare for tears. The child initially declined the offer of extra money but eventually gave in. He was grateful and hugged Tricks to express it. Following that, they began loading all of the toys into Tricks’ car.
