When the bride met her groom’s ex-wife at the wedding, she halted proceedings and took a stance. Weddings are always unique because they mark the time you and your spouse decide to spend each other’s lives in love, surrounded by your closest relatives and friends. So the thought of having your partner’s ex present might cause even the most confident bride to cry. But not for the bride, Katie Musser.

Katie Musser was overjoyed that she would be marrying the love of her life, Jeremy Wade. But for her, there was another person at the wedding who was equally important: Jeremy’s ex, Casey Bender, who also happens to be the mother of his first son, Landon.So, on the wedding day, rather than disregarding Landon’s mother and nervous father, Katie welcomed them both.
